A coordinator may contact you or you may contact the review team to confirm property information and discuss the reported issue.

04 Property Assessment
If appropriate and available in the service area, an in-home property assessment may be discussed.

05 Available Options
Depending on the property, issue, provider availability, and individual circumstances, available improvement, financing, incentive, or other options may be discussed.
